Information collected
3C Investment Research may collect your name, email address, verification activity, consent selections and version, date and time, IP address, browser information, report-access activity, communications preferences, and information associated with voluntary support payments. Stripe processes card information; 3C does not store your card number.
How information is used
Information may be used to verify access, maintain reader and consent records, protect the website, deliver reports and portfolio-company updates, respond to requests, improve research and website operations, process voluntary support, and send communications permitted by your consent.
Affiliates, partners, and service providers
Your name and email may be used by 3C Investment Research, its affiliates, and selected partners for the communications described in the reader agreement. Service providers may process information on 3C’s behalf for hosting, email delivery, payments, security, and related operations.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional communications using the method in an email or contact 3C to request correction or deletion of contact information, subject to records that may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or compliance purposes.
Security and retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
